PF withdrawal – Inactive Employees


Employee who become inactive and would like to withdraw their PF, can do so as below:

Eligibility Criteria
To claim PF or Pension Fund after exit from Tophawks an employee the following is mandatory: –
– Completion of 60 days from Last Working Day (LWD) at Tophawks
– Possession of Verified of Aadhar Card by Employee
– Possession of Activated UAN by Employee
– Updating of Employees own KYC at EPFO portal

Step I Process for Activation of individual’s UAN.
– Go to portal Member e-Sewa portal
– Click on Activate UAN below Important Links
– Employee should Activate his/her UAN either with the help of PF or UAN number
– Employees please use Tophawks Establishment code –
– Fill in your personal details and mobile number to activate your UAN
– Upon successful activation employee will receive password from the EPFO

Step II Process for Updating of Employees own KYC  
– Go to portal Member e-Sewa portal
– Log on with UAN & the password received by the employee
– Go to Managed Services and update/Add your missing KYC
– Once KYC is updated by the employee it will be approved by Tophawks in 3 working days
– The moment KYC is approved employee can initiate its withdrawal.

Step III Process for online withdrawal of PF

– Go to portal Member e-Sewa portal
– Log on with UAN & the password received by the employee
– Go to online Services
– On line Claim Form (31,19 &10C) will open
– Click on proceed online
– Fill in your personal details in form 19 & 10C simultaneously
– Click on Submit once completed
– Acknowledgement message will be received by the employee on his Mobile
– Funds will be transferred online within 3 weeks’ time
