. The Claims Helpdesk provides help related to your expense reimbursement claims,

4 IT Helpdesk
. The IT Helpdesk provides help related to Computers and Laptops, Software Installations such as Windows, MS Office and Antiviruses etc. and Office Internet connections. A request can be sent to the IT helpdesk by writing to [email protected]

5 1TOP Helpdesk
. The 1TOP Helpdesk provides help related to 1TOP, our retail marketing management system. A request can be sent to the 1TOP Helpdesk by writing to [email protected]


6 Mystery Shopping & Audit Helpdesk
. The MSA Helpdesk provides help to Mystery Shoppers and freelancers for issue related to their work, or for issues related to the Mystery Shopping assignments of Tophawks. A request can be sent by writing to [email protected]
